After a detailed research my concept is heading towards an installation.
It´s really fascinating how Gabriel Dawe uses threads to create an interesting space. To show the space, which is unseen but does actually exist. Also the colors and gradients that he emphasizes are creating a specific emotion.

Lygia Pape’s ‚ttéia I is working with metal and its reflections. She uses strings to create stripes, which are heading towards different directions and are installed in different angles.
In her work the light supports the material metal and also with that she shows the space in a different but wonderful way.
For me this it is very interesting to think about that space. As i mentioned before the space does exist, but we do not necessarily sense it.
Another interesting effect, which allows you to appreciate space is the Tyndall effect. Small particles in the air can fracture the light and thus you can see a light beam.

It’s something some of the other students also talked about. So all in all I’m addressing installations. Installations which are about creating visual space.
